All items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition suitable for resale with the tags still attached to the item.

If you added REDO Return Coverage to your order, your Returns/Exchanges are FREE.

But if you did not add coverage then you will be responsible for covering all return shipping fees. We encourage you to use a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe and documented delivery.

    CANCELLATIONS/ORDER CHANGES

    We accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. 

    The reason for the 24 hour limit is because orders are put into the Fulfillment Queue almost immediately after an order placed. 

    NOT ACCEPTED

    Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

    Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you.

    Returned by Customer - It is best that you contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

    Discount Credit - Discounts cannot be credited after your order is placed. Canceling your order for this reason is not accepted.

      RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

      To start a return, please visit our return portal here.

      In the return portal, please select your return method. You will automatically receive your return label inside the portal.

      You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

      Products must be returned with its original packaging, tags, and invoice. Otherwise, a refund will not be issued.

      HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE?

      We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we aim to process it within 2-5 business days. The track and trace from your return shipment will indicate when we've received it, starting the 10-day processing countdown. Once we've issued your refund, you'll be notified promptly. Do bear in mind that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
